Find free patterns — print, download, or edit them

This reference covers gallery and pattern-detail pages only — the buttons and menus you see there, not the drawing tools inside designers.

Find patterns by category

Start from the gallery hub, or go straight to Perler bead patterns, pixel art patterns, or kinusaiga patterns. Tap a card to open its detail page.

The hub also links into community works shared by other makers (network required). If you already know the craft type, opening a category gallery skips an extra filter step.

Detail page layout

Perler and pixel details usually show a large preview, a materials or color list, and action buttons on the side (or below on phones). Perler pages also show brand radios above the materials list so codes remap to the brand you own.

The detail page is for viewing and exporting, not cell-by-cell recoloring. Use Edit to open the matching designer when you need to change colors, size, or re-export.

Print, Edit and download

On Perler and pixel details the three buttons match the UI language:

  • Print — opens print preview with row/column numbers (and letters on bead charts).
  • Edit — leaves this page and opens the matching designer with the pattern loaded.
  • PNG — downloads a PNG of the chart (Chinese UI labels this button 下载).

Practical tip: confirm brand and preview first, then print or download. If local fixes are still needed, Edit first and export again so the printed chart matches your materials.

Switch bead brands

Perler gallery details only: radios for Perler, Hama, Artkal and MARD. Switching remaps the materials table and the letters on the chart.

Gallery pages do not offer Nabbi. Pick Nabbi in the Colors menu of the Perler bead pattern maker or Perler bead designer. Screen colors are approximate — verify close shades against real beads.

Kinusaiga page differences

Free kinusaiga details use Print, Edit and SVG — there is no PNG download on that page. Edit opens the kinusaiga designer. Prefer printing at 100% real size so the cut map aligns with your foam board.

Community works

Community work pages let you like, report, or open the pattern in a designer. Your own posts live under the account menu → My patterns. See Publish your pattern to the community gallery and What sign-in unlocks: likes, My patterns, and color sync.

Recommended practice

  • Browsing and printing never require an account; only publish, likes and synced My colors do.
  • You cannot recolor cell-by-cell on the detail page — always use Edit.
  • Brand switching applies to the open detail view; re-check before printing.
  • Community lists need a network; makers and local exports still work offline once a tool page is open.
