Design a custom banner and copy the command

For freeform banner art, preview stacked layers here before choosing a Survival loom or /give.

Base and layers

In the banner maker, set Banner base color, then stack Pattern + Dye. Use Undo / Clear on the layer list. Later layers cover earlier ones — check the preview before finalizing.

Controls are base + pattern/dye pairs, not pixel-art width/max-colors. For spelling words, use the letters tool linked below.

Six-layer limit

Survival looms commonly top out around 6 layers ({n} / 6). Beyond that, the UI points you to /give. Keep Survival-craftable designs under the cap and budget dyes.

Failure modes: discovering layer 7 is illegal on a Survival loom; or over-merging patterns to stay under 6 and losing readability. Keep a Survival (≤6) variant and an optional command-heavy variant.

Banner and shield preview

Preview on a Banner or Shield. Fine stripes may blur on shields — thicken key shapes if needed. Use Start from a design when offered.

Commands, PNG, and link

Copy /give, PNG, or Copy link; match game version before pasting commands. Letters: banner letters. Overview: shapes & banners. Export: PNG and CSV.
